After 48 years in the gastronomy and hotellerie, I have decided to step down from any employed position to work on my own for my Company.

I have well learned a lot of business and private lessons during these years in 8 countries and more than 20 cities with several revolutions, army coups, terrorists attacks impacts, financial and other crisis.
